1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

2.4 Password Security

3. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

5. Game Rules and User Conduct

5.3 Technical Decisions

If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, akycasino will review the game logs and determine a fair outcome based on the state of play at the time of the disruption. Decisions made by the akycasino technical team are final.

6. Account Security and Identity Verification (KYC)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the akycasino Platform, including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software code, and all other elements, is the exclusive property of akycasino or third parties who have licensed it to us. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from akycasino.

Using the akycasino name, logo, or brand in any way without authorisation constitutes an intellectual property violation and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, akycasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this Platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence

Akycasino's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your active account at the time of the incident.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the akycasino Platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1: Contact akycasino customer support via live chat and describe your issue in detail.
• Step 2: If you are unsatisfied with the customer support response, submit a formal complaint via email to our complaints management team.
• Step 3: akycasino will review all complaints within 5–10 business days and provide a written response
• Step 4: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties may refer to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Akycasino reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or their registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all funds before the effective date.
